Initial Consultation
We will arrange an informal meeting to discuss all of your requirements in a relaxed atmosphere. All areas of the project will be explored and all your needs taken into account.
Design and Recommendations to Cover Relevant British Standard (B.S.)
We will fully design your proposed installation either on supplied plans or alternatively we can draw plans to suit your requirements. All of the work will conform entirely to the British Standard and during this process we will keep in constant touch with you and make any recommendations we feel may be appropriate
Estimating
We offer a complete estimating service for electrical and mechanical works. These services can be offered to electrical contractors, mechanical contractors or to individuals wishing to get a budget price for a project.
Tender Preparation
We can prepare a fully tendered document itemising all of the works that will be required from the project in detail and then issue the document to multiple contractors for pricing under sealed bid conditions.
Tender Analysis
We can either extensively analyse our own tendered documents or documents prepared by others upon their return to ensure that our clients receive the best value for money from the information issued.
Appointment of Contractor
Following the tender analysis we hold post tender interviews to ensure that the selected contractor is suitable for carrying out the works and will meet the clients needs. We will then prepare and issue the relevant contract for the works.
Project Management
We offer a full project management service which varies from a simple once a week visit to full time site management on larger contracts. All of our project managers hold valid CSCS cards and CRB enhanced checked.
Construction of Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms)
Our experienced CAD operators can fully prepare operation and maintenance manuals (O&Ms) and as installed drawings that have been issued by the contractors into an easy to manage file both in electronic format and hard copy.
Hand Over and Customer Liaison
Our abundantly experienced contracts and project managers will liaise at all times with the customers and clients to make a formal handover on completion of the project a smooth and happy process.
